Warranty

Canbuilt Manufacturing warrants that all Canbuilt branded products be free from defects in material and workmanship during the one-year period following the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

During the warranty period, any product proved to Canbuilt's satisfaction to be defective will be repaired or replaced as the exclusive remedy under this warranty.

Canbuilt will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product at its expense, provided the item is returned, tranportation prepaid, with dated proof of purchase to the closest authorised service center. The product, so repaired or replaced, will be shipped to the original purchaser with transportation charges prepaid.

This warranty does not cover defects in equipment caused by improper installation, ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, overloading, accident (including shipping damage), improper maintenance, alteration, use of improper fluids or use of the equipment for other than which it was designed. Hydraulic performance problems associated with fluid levels, air bound reservoirs, or leaking hydraulic cylinders are not covered by this warranty. Canbuilt issues no authority to its distributors, to offer any other warranties on its behalf.
